MasterMac Surfacing Ltd is a growing UK Contractor specialising in road profiling, asphalt surfacing, road marking and resin surfacing, that aims to meet its customers’ requirements and expectations, whilst also providing a service that achieves a high level of quality, first time.
As an Organisation, MasterMac Surfacing Ltd. has continuous commitment to:
- Implement a BS EN ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System.
Establishing and maintaining effective quality management processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training, planning and good communication. - Meet and where possible, exceed customer expectations, and deliver our projects on time, within budget and snag free.
Ensure all employees have received appropriate training to enable them to carry out their roles and responsibilities in a way that allows them to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System, and to understand their importance in its successful implementation. - Foster positive relationship development throughout the whole supply chain.
- Review the Quality Management System annually to ensure continuous alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Providing adequate resources to fulfil and accomplish the Quality Objectives.
It is the responsibility of all Employees to ensure the implementation of the Quality Policy and Quality Management System throughout the various Departments and Projects.
The Organisation complies with all relevant statutory, regulatory & compliance obligation requirements.
